Was born and raised in Negril, Jamaica, and moved to Toronto, Canada, with her mother at the age of 13. After finishing high school, Rosh attended Centennial College for Creative Advertising, but shortly after enrolling, Raschelle realized that her true passion was calling her somewhere else. In 2010, Raschelle attended (SOMA) School Of Makeup Art. After completing her beauty training, Rosh immediately joined the Mac Cosmetics company as a freelance makeup artist, where she worked for two years. During that time, Raschelle had built up quite a name for herself in the makeup community and was encouraged by friends and colleagues to start a YouTube channel to display her work. 

For over the past decade, Raschelle has been developing her craft and exploring new and interesting ways to make people look and feel their best.

In 2022, Rosh created My Sticky Little Secret Inc, where she manages, develops, and creates beauty products for her viewers all over the world.

Raschelle currently resides in Toronto, Canada, where she lives with her husband and two children.
