Refund policy

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date and must be unopened and in their original packaging for a refund. We recommend getting a tracking number to avoid anything getting lost.

Simply email customersupport@mystickylittlesecret.com  with your order number and the email used for your order to initiate your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


What if my order arrives damaged or is defective?

If your package has arrived damaged and you would like to return it, simply email us with your order number and the email used for your order along with photos of the damaged item.

We can either refund your money, or resend the package😊

 

Can I cancel my order?

You have a 1 hour window to edit or cancel your order after time of purchase.

 

I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. My Sticky Little Secret will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Any issues regarding the shipping should be taken up with the shipping carrier.

 

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours during peak times. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at customersupport@mystickylittlesecret.com

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply check your email for your order confirmation. Usually, a confirmation email is generated right away, but can sometimes take up to a few hours if it is really busy.

 

 

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track the progress of your order directly with the shipping carrier indicated in the email.

 

Why has my package stopped moving?

If your package appears to have stopped moving, don’t worry! It is still on its way to you and is most likely just clearing customs or is delayed due to weather or certain holidays. If this happens, your shipping carriers tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

 

I refused my delivery, what now?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for refused deliveries and will not be issuing a refund.

 

I received incorrect items in my order, what do I do?

If for whatever reason you have received the incorrect order, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order at customersupport@mystickylittlesecret.com. Please include your order number, the email used to place the order and pictures of the unopened items you received.

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

My Sticky Little Secret is not responsible for any lost, stolen or held packages.
